Kantar - Brand Analyst - Financial Modelling

We are looking for candidates who have the below-mentioned skill set along with some bit of knowledge of Programming Languages.

ROLE COMPETENCIES :

1. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS :

(1) Demonstrates expertise in financial statement analysis 

(2) Knowledge in MS Excel and Financial Modelling 

(3) Is able to integrate multiple data sources in order to value a brand 

(4) Shows strong data management and analytical skills

2. FINANCIAL MODELLING:

(1) Is able to manage multiple sources of proprietary data in an excel-based financial model

(2) Possesses strong work knowledge in using excel formulas and functions whenever and wherever necessary in the valuation process 

(3) Is prepared to re-engineer and update the existing models

3. PLANNING & ORGANISING :

(1) Is able to quickly assimilate information and execute in the pre-set timeframe 

(2) Raises issues in his/her work or voices out if expects that deadline could not be met

4. PEOPLE :

(1) Inspires confidence and commitment from others 

(2) Has a positive and professional attitude 

(3) Works in line with agreed ways of working 

(4) Is able to work as part of a wider team or alone with some supervision

5. GROWTH ORIENTATION :

(1) Works with the senior members to support new business opportunities arising from the BrandZ rankings
