Job Description for CEO - Cement Division

Objective: We are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer, CEO to supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company. You will be the first in command in the company and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.

A . Expectations :

The CEO of Kanodia Cement is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the organization's growth, profitability, and overall success within the cement industry. Exposure to work with diversified group companies like the Kanodia Group. The position will be heading the entire Cement Business Division, hence respective knowledge in the field is mandatory.

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the company's growth and expansion in the cement sector.

- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation, to maximize profitability and shareholder value.

- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and safe cement production processes, distribution, and supply chain management.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to make informed decisions and adapt the business strategy accordingly.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and industry regulations and standards.

- Resource Management: Lead and manage a team of executives, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability.

- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, suppliers, and government agencies.

- Sustainability: Drive sustainability initiatives, including environmentally friendly practices and responsible resource management.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the company's operations or reputation.

- Corporate Governance: Uphold high standards of corporate governance and ethics in all business activities.

B. Expected Skills:

- Proven experience as CEO or in other top management position.

- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision

- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles

- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Production, PR, Finance etc.

- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices

- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills

- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

- Strong financial acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

- Exceptional communication, public speaking skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to make informed decisions in a rapidly changing market

- Knowledge of Cement industry, regulations and safety standards.
