Kanchansobha - Vice President - Investment Banking

This position requires a candidate with extensive analytical skills, strong work ethics and leadership qualities. He / she will be required to lead a team of analysts and work with them to develop financial models, make business proposals, information memorandums, prepare pitch books and presentations and work on deal executions.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Manage and guide a team of analysts and be responsible for developing solutions for clients

- Build financial models, CMA, and perform relevant analysis

- Analyze Balance sheet, P&L and Cash flow statement of companies

- Prepare information memorandums, project reports, pitch books and other presentations

- Perform research on companies and industries involved in transactions and pitches

- Coordinate due diligence activities

- Networking / developing relationships with clients and bankers and presenting materials
