Kanchansobha - Investment Banking Associate

Kanchansobha is an investment banking company headquartered in Mumbai offering integrated corporate finance solutions encompassing M&A Advisory, Corporate Restructuring, Private Equity, Venture Capital Funding, Project Finance Solutions and Debt and Equity Syndication.

- This position requires a candidate with extensive analytical skills, strong work ethics and leadership qualities. He / she will be required to lead a team of analysts and work with them to develop financial models, make business proposals, information memorandums, prepare pitch books and presentations and work on deal executions.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage and guide a team of analysts and be responsible for developing solutions for clients

- Build financial models and perform relevant analysis

- Prepare information memorandums, pitch books and other presentations

- Perform research on companies and industries involved in transactions and pitches

- Coordinate due diligence activities

- Networking / developing relationships with clients and bankers and presenting materials

Qualifications and Skills:

- MBA (with specialization in Corporate Finance)

- Minimum 4 years of work experience

- Strong managerial and team work skills

- Strong communication skills

- Strong understanding of accounting and finance concepts

- Strong analytical skills and keen attention-to-detail
