- To independently develop and manage the Home Appliances segment
- Country wise sales planning & Channel development
- Channel Marketing & Distributor Management
- Co-Op Marketing Implementation
- Preparing MIS Reports
- Sell out programs
- Structured communication to distributors
- Target setting and achievement
- Key retailer management
- Market share achievement
Requirements :
- Preferably PGDM/MBA in Marketing with minimum 6-8 years of experience in Channel Sales & Field Marketing activities, preferably in Electronics/ Home Appliances industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all channels (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users)
- Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality. Multitasks effectively
- Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach to problem solving and marketing management.
- Priority setting & problem solving.
- Having knowledge of PAN India sales for last 6-8 years
- Have to travel across the country
- Can build & handle all India sales team
- Can achieve sales target
