Position open for KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER-NORTH with a leading FMCG/PHARMA company in Gurgaon

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Only 2008 & 2009 pass out from IIMs, Symbiosis, NMIMS, SP Jain,XLRI, NITIE,IMT, MDI,Welingkar are most Preferable for this position.
Meeting National objectives for all North Headquartered Accounts and manage the Business for North region for all accounts. Overall responsible for sales for all North Headquartered Accounts. Also manage the Sales for All accounts based in North region from Sales management point of view.
- Joint Business Planning and Execution with respective accounts
- Drive Sales for all accounts based in North and deliver the Annual Sales Plans
- Drive Category Management with Accounts based out of North
- Ensuring stock availability with a high degree of forecasting accuracy
- Ensure fill rates of 95% Plus across Accounts in North along with the Value Chain team
- Ensuring Distributor Management to drive strong Service levels to all accounts
Develop and manage the Annual Business plans for all North Headquartered Accounts along with the National Accounts Manager
- Have a vision for the next 2-3 years for the business
- Set annual targets for all these accounts
- Sign the TOT
- Ensure TOT execution and adherence PAN India
Managing the Account wise profitability & cost of sales along with the National Accounts Manager
- Ensure activities are done to maximize returns for company.
- Maintain a track of cost of doing business with these accounts
- Challenge the existing route to market model and suggest ways of reducing cost in the same
Managing the credit index, collections and ensuring no bad debts Nationally (for North headquartered accounts) and for the Northern Region
- Ensure collection is done as per the agreed credit policy
- Ensure that there are no bad debts
- Settlement of claims / credit notes within the agreed time frame
Deliver the Perfect Punch for NPI / Launches through robust plans with North based National Accounts and ensure execution in North for:
- New products introduction
- Pack changes
- Price increase
- Consumer promotions and other activities
Manage all interfaces with all Accounts headquartered in North
- Develop good relations with North based KA HO & Regional offices
- Have a quarterly review of performance with the Account
- Share best practices of work done by KAT Team and also global initiatives in the category
- Initiate and manage all process changes like new product introductions, change in pack, new launches, etc

Experience/Knowledge/Technical Skills Required:
Education :
- Post graduate management degree from a premier B School.
Experience :
- 3 years experience in a reputed FMCG Company in Sales. Experience in Modern Trade will be of advantage.
