Job Description:Corporate Sales

Candidate will be taking care of below mentioned responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing

1. Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals.

2. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends to achieve metrics.

Business Development

1. Identifying and Networking with prospective clients; generating business from new corporate accounts and Achieving profitability and increase sales growth

2. Analyzing market trends and tracking competitor's activities

Client Relationship Management

1. Managing customer centric operations

2. Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain of the profitability the business.

3. Responsible for providing Communication Solutions to the Corporates.

4. Formulating long term/ short term strategic plans.

People Management

- Recruiting, Training and Motivating the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales, Operations and Meeting with corporate groups.

- Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functions of sales operations.

- To Motivate and Trail the Direct/Corporate sales Team.

Qualification : MBA (Full time)

Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Location: Mumbai
