We are looking for an HR Business Partner who can help us manage human resources and capital in the most efficient way at Kalvium. The HRBP will have the responsibility for effective people management of the aligned business areas across functions and spread across geographies. S/he will engage with business leaders to enable and impact business success. The role will ideate, conceptualize and implement various HR initiatives including (but not limited to) talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, succession planning and policy review.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic HR Interventions
- Implementation of people strategy & organization design to address the current & future business challenges & opportunities.
- Design and recommend various C&B initiatives so as to attract and retain the required talent pool.
- Strongly partner with business to surface ground-level risks/ challenges being faced, and help devise solutions for the same.
- Review and analyze department level data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Be abreast of latest trends in industry in terms of best-practices in HR and recommend improvements basis the same
- Implement and track communication plans for defined areas of responsibility.
- Coordinate the performance review & appraisal process.
Talent Acquisition :
- Coordinate with various departments for their requirements and help the recruiting managers develop the Job Descriptions
- Promote and publish the jobs on multitude of platforms to attract the best talents aligned with the vision and values of the company
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from talent acquisition to onboarding and training
- Be updated with the latest hiring trends and work on building a robust talent acquisition process
- Growth Planning and Control Mechanism
- Contribute to the annual headcount planning and budgeting exercises
- Coordinate with the respective Departments to arrive at the headcount numbers required as per the Annual operating plan
- Implementation and monitoring of the headcount plan as per the budget and plan
Exit Management :
- Conduct exit interviews for all employees
- Maintain and analyze exit interview data
- Loop back the feedback/ insights gained from analysis and interviews to identify areas of opportunity
- Track and follow through on agreed improvement areas
Employee Engagement :
- Visit our various offices to interact with the employees
- Identify the needs and problems of employees and work towards addressing them
- Work with various business stakeholders to assess, create and implement innovative ideas and -solutions for employee engagement initiatives
Rewards And Recognition :
- Coordinate with concerned Team Leads and department heads of various programs for identifying recognitions
- Conceptualize & execute monthly and quarterly programs based on the various criteria
- Coordinate and align project plans, communication, and related efforts with HR initiatives
Requirement :
- Looking for relevant 3+ yrs of HRBP experience and have handled 100-200 headcount along with stakeholder management. We need some one who is self-driven, can take over the responsibilities of the HR department.
