Kaleidofin - Senior Manager - Structured Finance

The Manager of Structured Finance will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the financial strategy, project finance, project investment, and structured finance for our company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist the team on live transactions as well in business development.

- Support team in transaction appraisal & execution, including preparation of detailed credit appraisal of transactions, preparing financial model, project evaluation, industry analysis, risk assessment & mitigation, financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, preparation of transaction documents and conducting site-visits.

- Present investment proposals before the Credit Committee/Senior Management, substantiating analysis and merits of the transactions.

- Work with the team in legal documentation, execution of legal agreements, KYC checks & compliance, disbursement, and coordination between the customer, legal, operations,internal audit, accounts and treasury teams.

- Post Disbursement Portfolio Monitoring including collection monitoring, project tracking, managing account formalities and responding to credit events.

- Track industry dynamics and regulatory trends.

- Originate proposals from large infrastructure corporates, structuring and appraisal of the same

- Execution of proposals viz obtaining credit approvals, negotiating term sheets, disbursements & documentation

- Providing customized solutions for complex transactions such as cross-border acquisitions, quasi-debt structures

- Analyzing prospect lists and prioritizing business development opportunities to achieve assets and profit growth target

- CA / CFA / MBA Finance, minimum 1-5 years (ONLY)of experience with Structured Finance preferably in NBFCs / finance / fin-tech sector / MFIs.

- A strong understanding of structured finance, Credit analysis, Evaluate economic, strategic cost-benefit, valuation analysis and thesis of partnerships.

- Experience of managing relations with banks, NBFCs and other mainstream market investors is preferred.

- Candidates with existing network of contacts and relationships in banks / large NBFCs / other investors will be preferred.
