Regional Manager - West


Reports to: Zonal Head


Purpose of the role:


- To oversee the operations, sales, and profitability of Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) within the assigned region.


- This role involves driving business performance, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning store activities with the companys strategic objectives while fostering a culture of exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Business Development and Strategy:


- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.


- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for expansion within the region.


- Collaborate with the corporate team to plan marketing and promotional activities.


2. Sales and Profitability:


- Drive store sales to meet revenue and profitability goals.


- Analyze sales trends and KPIs to optimize performance at individual stores and the region.


- Implement cost-effective measures to improve operational efficiency.


3. Team Leadership and Development:


- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff, ensuring alignment with brand values and goals.


- Conduct regular performance reviews and set development plans for team members.


- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.


4. Store Operations Management:


- Ensure stores comply with company policies, operational standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.


- Conduct regular audits to maintain store excellence in terms of cleanliness, stock levels, and customer experience.


- Oversee inventory management, minimizing shrinkage and ensuring timely replenishment.


5. Customer Experience:


- Champion customer service excellence, ensuring every store delivers a consistent and memorable shopping experience.


- Address and resolve customer concerns or feedback promptly.


6. Brand Representation:


- Act as the brand ambassador in the region, ensuring that all outlets reflect the brands ethos and cultural significance.


- Coordinate with the product team to provide region-specific insights for ethnic wear preferences.


7. Compliance and Reporting:


- Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and company standards across all stores.


- Provide regular reports on sales, team performance, and market trends to senior management.


Qualifications and Skills:


Education:


- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Retail, or a related field (MBA preferred).


Experience:


- Minimum of 12-17 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the ethnic wear or fashion industry.


- Proven track record of managing multiple retail outlets and achieving sales targets.


Key Skills:


- Strong leadership and team management skills.


- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


- Customer-oriented with a keen eye for detail in visual merchandising.


- Knowledge of regional markets and cultural trends in ethnic wear.
