Community Engagement Manager

Responsibilities :

Outreach & Engagement

1. Manage, improve & automate e-mail campaigns using best in class tools

a. Ensure that efficacy (positive responses) of emails campaigns is appropriately measured and improved upon

2. Expand Outreach mechanisms beyond Email campaigns to include the following:

a. LinkedIn

b. Broker Networks

c. Others as suggested by you

3. Introduce KalaGato as a company and secure meetings with potential app sellers

4. Coordinate between the KalaGato team and Sellers to ensure clear and timely communication

5. Help identify and refine acquisition targets (mobile apps & studios) and the methodology associated with the same.

6. Provide a continuous feedback loop to the KalaGato team to ensure continued process & product improvement

7. Help identify key decision makers at various target apps

8. Work closely with our M&A team to identify apps worth purchasing, price to pay and revenue optimization upside.

9. Ensure CRM systems are updated so that senior leadership can identify potential bottle necks and opportunities

Build Mouse Traps for Community Engagement :

1. Drive SEO to increase organic leads to website

2. Ads on Google / LinkedIn / other platforms

3. Content Creation

a. News Letters

b. Social media posts

c. PR Initiatives

4. Ad Hoc projects that the company may need to prioritize or ask you to get involved with basis your expertise

Leverage 3rd Party Platforms for Lead Generation :

1. Discover and build relationships with third party app buy out platforms such as:

a. Flippa

b. Micro Acquire

c. Latonas

d. Smergers

e. Others

2. Manage the relationship with sellers found on these platforms and coordinate with team at KalaGato

Other Marketing & Community Building Initiatives :

1. Lead & conceptualize Webinars & Hackathons to build deeper connections with the community of app developers / mobile entrepreneurs / game developers / product managers / EIRs etc

Job Location : Bangalore/ Delhi NCR (willing to relocate as per company needs)
