Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Customer Success AI & IT Consulting will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding client relationships within the AI and IT consulting domain. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and leading efforts to deliver innovative AI and IT solutions that align with client needs. This position requires a combination of strong business acumen, technical understanding, and client management skills.

Role: Senior Manager Customer Success- AI & IT Consulting

Location: Udaipur/Bangalore/ Jaipur/ Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target new business opportunities within the AI and IT consulting sectors. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring that their needs are met with innovative AI & IT solutions.

- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Lead negotiations, propose solutions, and close deals that align with the company's business objectives.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, IT consulting, and emerging technologies. Use market insights to identify opportunities and adjust strategies to stay competitive.

- Work closely with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and RFP responses tailored to client needs. Ensure that proposals highlight the unique value propositions of CSG's AI & IT consulting offerings.

- Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and present solutions. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the AI & IT consulting business by expanding the client base and increasing revenue from existing clients.

- Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress towards business development goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in business development, sales, or consulting in the AI/IT industry. With at least 7-10 years of experience

- Strong understanding of the IT services industry, including offshore development centre services and enterprise application development.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to build strong relationships and understand client needs.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

- Strong knowledge of Software application development and services.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
