Minimum Requirement:
- 3-7 yrs experience in Business Development
- Graduation should be BE
- MBA is a must
- Should have excellent oral and written skills.
- IT knowledge in ERP helpful but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Breaking into a new global market sector.
- Coordinating and implementing of all marketing and business development activities.
- Use business development skills to identify, qualify, and develop relationships with prospective clients.
- On-going relationship building activity and monitoring of marketing campaign path.
- Build relationships with targeted clients resulting in confidence building and a climate of trust.
- Coordinate and monitor all business development activity, lead tracking and reporting to ensure success.
- To build a solid sales pipeline and increase LOB services revenue to the organization.
- Maintain a high level of personal knowledge on company services, competitor's services, product knowledge, leadership competencies and other knowledge are as critical to sales success.
