Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Team of Senior/Mid Manager level along with foreseeing operations from the frontline sales/counseling team.

2. Field Marketing operations and monitoring.

3. Field Lead Collection as a key source for School Admissions.

4. Field & Digital Lead connect for home appointments or school walk-in

5. Active in all process monitoring and ensuring SOP.

6. Managing Cost per Lead efficiently and eventually for each process.

7. Stock management and ensuring the stock supporting field team is efficiently used and is available.

8. Coordination with Operations Team, and Central teams for smooth Sales Operations.

Skills Required:

1. 12-18 years of experience in FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, EdTech, and Banking.

2. 6-8 years of experience in Field Sales Marketing (Mandatory)

3. Should have Excellent Communication Skills

4. Should have Good Convincing/objection handling skills

5. Multi-Tasking and strong interpersonal skills.

6. Team Building and Effective Training Skills.
