1) 5+ years of experience in recruitment with at least 5 years experience of recruiting software engineers.
2) Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
3) Understanding of job portals.
5) Must have handled Technical hiring including frontend and backend developers
6) Team Handling
7) Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources
8) MIS preparation related to recruitment.
9) Managing team of at least 5 people
10) Excellent negotiation skills
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Strong decision-making skills
