Jobs Responsibilities: - Work towards grooming personality and improving communication skills of our employees. - Conduct soft skills training sessions for our corporate employees as well as for branch operations. - Work with employees to improve their soft skills. - Training, should possess a variety of skill sets including time management, multi-tasking, interpersonal, problem-solving ability, conflict management, presentation skill, communication and listening skills, leadership skills, team building. - Adaptability to travel frequently to our branches for delivering the training sessions. - Participates in strategic planning sessions to design learning and development strategies and roadmaps. - Innovative training techniques to make training more effective, fun and interactive. - Strong digital learning skills for training others and for self-learning. - Provides continuous coaching & feedback to enhance employee performance. - Conduct periodic TNA to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs. - Ensure ROI on training is measured and delivered. - Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training. Skills Required: - 5 to 15 years of experience in leading training sessions - Technical experience to coordinate the development, maintenance, and implementation of training schedules, outlines, plans, and lessons. - Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in English/Communication /Humanities with relevant certification courses. - A team player who is supportive, flexible, and ready to take on additional tasks. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. - Ability to work with across teams and supervisors. - Excellent presentation skills - Responds positively to feedback and respects diverse point of views. - Relevant Corporate Training skills and grooming skills HR SPOc - Anusha
