Job Description:
1. Responsible for driving Procurement data and reporting for Procurement performance indicators, from extraction and data transformation/enrichment to visualization in dashboards and advanced analysis tools.
2. Oversee and manage the change management, implementation, and execution of the key procurement projects and all of the cost savings recommendations.
3. Support in developing and delivering against the long term procurement strategies.
4. Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives for Global procurement.
5. Develop analytical solutions, perform data analysis, generate insights and provide senior management reports and data insights
6. Ensure integrity and transparency of the data sources and manipulation steps across all systems, including SAP systems.
7. Work with the Procurement teams to understand the insights that they are trying to achieve and then work with the Tech teams to extract, cleanse and build repeatable processes to maintain the data.
8. Work with Category Managers to understand their data and analytics requirements and provide them with analytics solutions.
9. Working with Finance partners, build and transfer knowledge/expertise on BI (systems, feeds, governance).
10. Procurement organization knowledge (scope, purpose, indicators, needs) used to ensure the requirements are in line with the true information needs from Category managers and Procurement operations managers.
11. Maintain and provide a current understanding of industry best practices and technology trends to team members and business partners.
12. Provide actionable insights to procurement and the business using multiple data sources, which deliver significant business value.
13. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to procurement data sets.
