Designation: Head - New Initiatives

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities :

- Identify, define, manage, and drive special projects and initiatives

- Facilitate effective decision-making for the new initiatives and projects you have undertaken

- Work on the long-term vision for the New Initiatives team, as well as the roadmap to advance it in the short term.

- Oversee large, often cross-functional initiatives, unlock blockers, suggest improvements, and bring together stakeholders to help drive decisions.

- Create a detailed plan, define the strategy, and identify the milestone for every phase on how we can execute that vision into a real thing.

Requirements:

- Total 5+ years' of experience

- Excellent communicator and relationship builder.

- Experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects.

- Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable with operating in ambiguity
