VP/ Head - Brand Marketing Manager

Preferred : IIM candidates only

- Atleast 5 years of core digital marketing & branding experience is mandatory for this role.

- Minimum 5-8 years of deep domain experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing across channels

- Managing key marketing ATL, BTL, TV, print ads, shoots, digital campaigns (online marketing) performance metrics and tracking tools including SEO, SEM, FB, Youtube, Email, SMS, notification as well as app marketing and extended social media portfolio.

- Handling large teams of in the sales function including goal setting, training and monitoring the same

- Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations

- Exposure to Entrepreneurial scenario involving digital marketing will be a BIG PLUS.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

- Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
