Designation : Talent Acquisition Manager
Qualification : PG From Tier 1/2 College
Location : Bangalore
Salary : 8-10 LPA (Depending on the Experience)
Experience & Skills set :
- 2-3 years of experience in a TA role
- Managing a small team (Preferred), whilst delivering end to end recruitment.
- Strong experience in building and managing relationships with key stakeholders with the ability to communicate and influence across all levels
- Able to demonstrate commercial acumen, think strategically and make quality decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in creating reports, interpreting data and analytics.
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize and attention to detail.
- Flexible and at ease in an ever changing, fast paced, and often ambiguous environment.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identifying and hiring the right talent to support the business strategy.
- Utilizing various recruitment tools to proactively source, attract, engage with and pipeline talent
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring great candidate, and hiring manager experiences, as well as delivering tailored recruitment strategies to source, attract and retain the right talent at the right time.
- Understanding each business unit's recruitment needs through developing knowledge of business objectives, people requirements and cultural environment.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships across the business with key stakeholders.
- Promptly identifying challenges in hiring and problem solving for it.
- Mentorship & guidance to the TA team in promptly closing the positions and building high efficiency as a TA team overall.
