Job Title : Product Growth Manager / Growth Product Manager / App Growth Manager
Job Description :
- Responsibilities will include understanding requirements, helping to define a product vision and strategy, and working with engineers to execute it.
- Expertise in both product development and marketing.
- Assume ownership of products of the portal including defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products.
Analyze customer behavior through data from targeted interviews, feedback, and usability tests to get insights on why don't customers return after downloading the app, why they drop out after the signup stage, and why don't they respond to special offers?
To set new product priorities and therefore reshape the product growth roadmap with ideas for testing.
- Responsible to increase the user activation rate
- Keeping track of all parts of the user journey
- Responsible for managing and leading the complete product lifecycle.
- Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.
- Responsible for analyzing customer needs, competitive offerings and provide direction on best practices and emerging trends in relation to e-commerce capabilities.
- Collaborate with various teams such as IT, Designing, Marketing, Operations for core product development.
- Responsible for innovative feature conceptualization, designing wireframes, documenting PRDs to enhance site usability & profitability.
- Analyze all customer requirements and monitor requests and manage all defects in products for all monthly releases.
- Product Ownership which includes conceptualization, prioritization and delivering projects. Collaborating among cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to manage end-to-end implementation.
Educational Qualifications & Experience :
- Any graduate (MBA from a reputed institute is an advantage - IIM Preferred)
- 3-6 years of product development experience in B2B / B2C internet product development.
Skill sets :
- Deep understanding of B2B/B2C Internet consumer trends and behaviours.
- Power user of internet & web 2.o platforms.
- Ideally should have worked in start-up environment
- Hands on ability to execute independently.
- Strong strategy, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment.
- Strong business management and analysis skills. P&L experience a plus
