Job Description:


Role and Responsibilities:

1. Product Marketing Strategy & Roadmap:

- Define the product marketing vision and strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.

- Plan and organize the product roadmap in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams.

- Conduct continuous market and competitive analysis to identify trends, refine product positioning, and uncover growth opportunities.

2. Go-to-Market Planning & Execution:

- Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop and execute successful GTM strategies for new product launches and enhancements.

- Coordinate with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, timelines, and deliverables.

- Drive measurable outcomes through project management and PMO principles to ensure timely and efficient product rollouts.

3. Customer-Centric Positioning & Content Creation:

- Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and content that addresses customer pain points.

- Work closely with sales enablement teams to create pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers, and other relevant collateral.

- Gather and synthesize customer use cases to inform product improvements and refine marketing strategies.

4. Customer Acquisition & Growth:

- Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs to target and acquire enterprise customers.

- Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to optimize lead generation and pipeline development.

- Oversee product-led customer acquisition strategies that leverage user adoption and expansion within existing accounts.

5. Customer Success & Retention:

- Partner with Customer Success teams to define and track key metrics for adoption, engagement, and retention.

- Establish feedback loops to incorporate customer insights into future product releases and marketing initiatives.

6. Digital Properties & Agency Management:

- Oversee the management and optimization of owned digital properties, such as the corporate website.

- Coordinate with external agencies to enhance brand awareness, SEO, and content distribution efforts.
