We are looking to onboard an exceptional Sales & Marketing Leader in our team. They will be required for hunting for new business by identifying new business opportunities and owning the entire sales & Marketing cycle from prospecting to closure and will also lead, hire, and set up a team.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business.
- Maintain a healthy customer pipeline of Enterprises clients across all categories (mid & large clients)
- Identifying new business opportunities and follow-up the defined business opportunities
- Own the entire sales & Marketing cycle, from prospecting to closure.
- Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product from the competition focusing on value proposition
- Hire, lead, grow and develop the team
You should have :
- MBA from Top colleges/Tier 1 /IIM
- 3-5 years of work experience (Preferably min. 2 years of team management experience)
- Demonstrated ability in client development/management
- The individual must be self-motivated, someone who has led teams, has experience running cross-functional projects with strong conceptual and inter-personal skills.
- The individual should possess a team-oriented & collaborative approach
