JUSTDOGS - Manager - Performance Marketing

Role Objective:

Accelerate JUSTDOGS' e-commerce growth by owning and optimizing full-funnel performance marketing across all paid digital channels. Drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROAS to scale our D2C channel aggressively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing Strategy:

- Design and implement growth strategies tailored for D2C e-commerce - acquisition, retention, and remarketing

- Own paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, Display), YouTube, Affiliate, and Influencer Boosting

- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance plans aligned with business goals

2. Execution & Scaling:

- Hands-on management of ad accounts with smart segmentation, bidding, creative testing, and budget optimization

- Own new customer acquisition, repeat conversion, and average order value (AOV) uplift

- Set up structured A/B tests for creative, landing pages, CTA, and audience cohorts

3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

- Collaborate with tech & product to optimize website UX, load speed, and mobile experience

- Identify drop-offs in the purchase funnel using GA4, Hotjar, and session recordings
- Drive landing page optimization with high-intent content and performance creatives

4. Analytics & Attribution

- Maintain dashboards for key metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, Blended vs Channel-wise performance

- Deep dive into cohort analysis, contribution margin, and retention from paid cohorts

- Ensure accurate tracking (via GA4, GTM, Pixels, Conversion APIs, UTM hygiene)

5. Creative & Content Alignment

- Work with in-house and agency creative teams to brief & validate ad creatives tailored for conversion

- Test static, video, carousel, and dynamic creatives across channels

- Innovate with pet-parent centric messaging, emotional triggers, and seasonality

KPIs:

- Monthly E-commerce Revenue (from Paid)

- Blended & Channel-wise ROAS

- CAC vs LTV ratio

- Conversion Rate (CVR) on landing pages

- % Growth in Paid Attributed Orders

What You'll Need:

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C brands

- Proven ability to manage and scale paid spends - 25L+ monthly

- Strong analytical ability and comfort with data, attribution, and ROAS math

- Understanding of Shopify/Shopify Plus, GA4, and automation tools

- Bonus: Experience in pet care, FMCG, beauty, or health industries
