Role Objective: To design, develop, implement, monitor, and measure performance management system.
Performance Management System
- Research best practices, design performance management system for Justdial.
- Support the Business Head to develop Annual Operating Plan for the organisation/business
- Implement and execute quarterly check-ins and Annual Performance Review
- Conduct compensation study and map the % merit increment (preferred e-commerce/Retail sector)
- Cascade Organisation Goals to Department and to Individual levels. Educate & support various role holders in the job families to set their KRAs/KPIs/Goals
- Create Framework, Governance, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to PMS. Educate and create awareness on PMS process, ratings, how to submit Goals/Achievements on HRMS. Develop Promotion Guidelines.
- Post PMS exercise generate insights and conduct process polls with the employees
- Bring thought leadership on PMS practices. Educate Business Heads on how to leverage PMS to drive performance in their teams.
Education : MBA HR /MHRM/ MSW
Experience : 5-7 years as HRBP & 3 years in leading PMS cycle
Competencies : 1. Stakeholder Management 2. Execution Excellence 3. Domain Expertise 4. MS office (Proficient)
