Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads placements across our platform to maximize revenue and performance.
- Collaborate with advertisers to understand campaign goals, target audience, and creative requirements.
- Implement ad targeting strategies to ensure relevant ads are displayed to users, maximizing click-through rates and engagement.
- Monitor ad performance and conduct A/B testing to optimize ad layouts, formats, and placements for improved results.
- Analyze ad performance data and provide insights and recommendations to advertisers for campaign optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, Google Ads policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new advertising opportunities and develop customized solutions for advertisers.
- Provide regular reports and updates on ad performance, revenue trends, and key metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to ad serving, tracking, or delivery to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with advertisers and ad networks to maximize revenue opportunities and secure long-term partnerships.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns, preferably with a focus on Google Ads, within a publishing or media environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with advertisers and internal stakeholders.
