- Strategic IT Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute the IT strategy to support Omni channel retail operations.

- Align IT initiatives with business objectives to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve Omni channel capabilities.

- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud services.

- Ensure high availability and performance of retail systems, including Point of Sale (POS), ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.

- Implement robust data security protocols to protect customer and business information.

- Manage Application Development and Integration: Manage the development and integration of Omni channel applications to ensure seamless data flow across touch points.

- Coordinate with third-party vendors for the customization and support of retailspecific software solutions.

- Optimize website and mobile app performance to deliver a superior customer experience.

- Team Leadership and Vendor Management: Lead and mentor the IT team to deliver high-quality technical support and innovation.

- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure costeffective and timely delivery of solutions.

- Data and Analytics: Oversee the implementation of data analytics tools to gather insights into customer behavior and operational performance.

- Leverage data to support decision-making and improve Omni channel strategies.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime.

- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): System Uptime: Percentage of uptime for critical retail IT systems (target: 99.9%).

- Customer Satisfaction: Improvement in customer satisfaction scores related to IT services.

- Incident Resolution Time: Average time to resolve IT incidents (target: < 4 hours).

- Project Delivery: On-time and within-budget delivery of IT projects.

- Omni channel Integration: Percentage of successfully integrated touch points across retail channels.

- Data Accuracy: Reduction in data discrepancies between systems (target: < 1%).

- Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Experience: 4+ years of experience in IT management in a retail environment.

- Proven experience in managing Omni channel systems and technologies.

- Hands-on experience with POS systems, ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.

- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

- Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.

- Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Problem-solving mind-set with the ability to work under pressure
