Roles and Responsibilities :

- Inventory Management

- Managing Purchase Orders, Receiving, Invoice booking, document tracking

- Supply Chain - Forecasting and Logistics of Inventory among warehouses and fulfillment hubs

- Inventory Finance

- Monthly Inventory Reconciliation, Audit, Stocktake

- Prepping Monthly Journal Entries

- Depreciation schedule of Installed Asset by Customer

- Collecting and analyzing supply chain data

- Managing the supply chain operations

- Performing inventory analysis and preparing monthly inventory spreadsheets

- Identifying and analyzing supply chain trends

- Analyzing supply chain risks and developing strategies to resolve the issues

- Assisting the business units in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives

- Ensuring compliance with the company policies and procedures

- Collaborating with supply chain partners

- Help on installed asset amortization schedule

- Ensure accurate month end reporting

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum of a bachelors degree in Engineering , Math, Science, Business Analytics, Logistics or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong data analysis skills

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Strong time management skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Strong analytical skills

- Highly developed attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
