We are the world's first E-Distributor and was founded in 2015. In just 10 months we have grown to 350 employees spread across the nation. Ours is a cutting-edge mobile application though which Brands can distribute products including FMCG, packaged food, water & beverages, lighting & electricals, mobiles & mobile accessories, consumer durables, cosmetics, watches, auto accessories & auto parts, sports goods, apparel, toys & games, software, religious articles, industrial supplies and much more to retailers directly. We have over 1200 brands and 30,000 retailers on-board the app. The application replicates the real world distribution functions' and enables communications, credit and order fulfillment on the app itself.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Talent Acquisition vertical within our People Practice function. You will lead a team of recruiters with a focus on hiring engineering talent in our Mumbai (Thane) office, as well as fulfilment of non-tech roles including sales, marketing, HR, brands, analytics and finance and more.

The successful individual will perform a mix of hands-on recruitment, team leadership and operations management.

You will be responsible for optimizing and driving KPI's including Time to hire and Cost per hire. Must have ability to create forward looking talent pipelines and forecasting to meet the business plan.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to

- Continuously improve our Recruiting and Staffing Processes as we continue to develop our People Practice function. Work in collaboration with our business leaders, to ensure we are building a best in class recruiting capability for Just Buy Live.

- Build and actively manage a small team of in-house recruiters to develop our internal sourcing capability with a deep understanding of how to identify and reach passive candidates in our target industries; be a subject matter expert on use of social media, job fairs, networking events to support our recruiting needs.

- Develop, maintain and communicate standard recruiting scorecard based on KPIs.

- Help to design and communicate a compelling employment brand through detailed understanding of our organization.

- Develop & implement a strategy for Just in Time recruitments.

Must Haves:

- A number cruncher and an inclination towards mathematical thinking

- Serious at work, however fun to be around with

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management in a clear and persuasive manner.
