Job Overview:
As a Growth Manager at Juno School, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to drive curriculum, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing data-driven initiatives to optimize our marketing, sales, and product efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, strategic planner, and results-oriented individual with a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase curriculum, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, trends, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and customer success, to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing efforts to optimize marketing campaigns, user experiences, and product features.
- Utilize analytics tools and data-driven insights to track key performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships, channels, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing and apply them to enhance our growth strategies.
- Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth and achieving KPIs in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Experience with agile methodologies and iterative testing processes is a plus.
