An 12 year-old Mumbai based Investment Banking firm focused on Real Estate Sector, providing a wide range of services including consulting, syndication, and M&A advisory.
As a part of their expansion plans, they are looking to hire Relationship Managers for their Pune's office.
Educational qualifications: MBA/PGDM from any institutions.
Location: Mumbai (Open to candidates from other locations who are ready to relocate)
Work experience:
Relevant experience of 2 to 5 years in relationship management role either handling Real Estate clients or SME/Mid-Markets or Emerging markets clients. Open to look at candidates from Banks/Investment Banks/Boutique PE firms.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Market research, Data Collection, and analysis of Target company/sector
- Source, analyze, evaluate, and engage with potential clients in SME/Mid-markets space
- Prospecting and engaging with the identified list of clients
- Identify potential opportunities for Deals for Debt Syndication, Structured Finance, Project Finance, Working Capital Solutions, Term Loans, Investment opportunities, M&A etc.
- Deal sourcing and managing deal pipeline
- Create and review financial models, including Business plans, Project plans, Valuations and other financial analysis as required
- Preparation of Information Memorandums/Pitch Books/Presentations/Discussion papers
- Negotiate and close deals with the clients with the support of Analyst
- Due diligence to assess key merits and risks
- Data Collection & support
