Primary Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with senior product managers to define and refine product strategy based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
- KPIs and Objectives: Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives for product launches to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends that will inform product decisions.
- Opportunity Sizing: Collaborate with market-facing teams to collect and synthesize information needed for prioritization and road mapping.
- Roadmap Execution: As needed, collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to support execution of roadmap items.
- Product Management Support as Needed: Support with day-to-day product management activities such as business proposals, sales and marketing touchpoints, feature prioritization, backlog grooming, user story writing, release planning, and upkeep of PM tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools is a plus.
- Pragmatic Institute certification (PMC, PPMC, PTB) or familiarity with
- A pragmatic Framework is helpful but not required.
