Position: Jr. Partner
Position Reporting to: Partners
Qualification: BALLB/ BBALLB/ LLB/ LLM with 5-6 years of on hands experience in handling corporate and commercial transactions. Lawyers with a specialization in venture capital/ private equity deals, mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory and transactions are preferred.
Remuneration: Not a constraint for the right candidates.

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore
Skills: In-depth legal knowledge in corporate, business, and securities laws, foreign exchange regulations, IP. Ability to understand investments, complex corporate structures and coming up with solution based advice. Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Education: LL.B. (undergraduate law degree) from a recognized university in India.
