Junior Manager/Associate Vice President - Virtual CFO - Financial Firm

As an Associate Vice President - Virtual CFO, you will work closely with our CFO team to ensure that the client's requirements are met. This would involve understanding client issues, arriving at alternatives and solving client problems.

Job Description:

- Spearheading CFO assignments for SME clients

- Driving the company's financial planning and financial budgeting on an on-going basis.

- Build finance related processes, reporting structures and review mechanisms for clients

- Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.

- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations

- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies

- Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts
