Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Specialist to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and screen candidates.
- Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Employee Relations:
- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Conduct investigations as needed and take appropriate actions.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits claims.
- Stay updated on benefits regulations and communicate changes to employees.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Provide training and guidance on performance management best practices.
HRIS Administration:
- Maintain employee data and records in the HRIS system.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Compliance:
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PHR or SPHR certification.
- Experience in a [industry-specific] environment.
