- Jungleworks is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as the Manager of Investor Relations.

- This role is crucial in developing, implementing, and managing all aspects of Investor Relations initiatives, defining and delivering the company's message to our high-yield investor base.

- At this strategic position, you will plan and execute investor relations programs and provide support that accurately reflects the company's performance and investment value.

Responsibilities:

- Investor Relations and Communications: Develop and manage investor relations strategies, ensuring effective communication with investors and analysts.

- Financial/Business Analysis: Perform detailed financial and business analysis to support investor relations activities.

- Outreach and Communication: Coordinate investor and analyst outreach efforts, including domestic, international, and strategic fundraising communications.

- Financial Model Refinement: Help refine the long-term financial model and conduct current data analysis.

- Special Projects: Handle special projects such as competitive analysis, ROI analysis, and new business incubation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree from a Tier I college is essential.

- Experience in consulting or investment firms is preferred.

- Sell-side investment experience is strongly preferred.

- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently, investigate issues, and execute tasks without detailed instructions.

- Proficiency in financial modeling and exceptional Excel skills.

- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
