Job Summary:

- We're seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to scale our domestic SME B2B sales operations, focusing on small businesses in tier 2/3 cities.

- In this role, you will drive the adoption of our Fatafat product, which is designed for high-volume sales with a small ticket size.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a sales team of 25+ members to achieve ambitious sales targets, ensuring a high volume of sales transactions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential franchisees, guiding them through the process of integrating our Fatafat product into their business operations.

- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the advantages of joining our network and utilizing our tech platform.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to franchisees, providing continuous support and guidance to optimize their usage of our platform and marketing tools.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect and analyze feedback from franchisees, using these insights to drive ongoing improvements to our platform and support services.

You Should Have:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in leading and managing sales teams, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Demonstrated success in scaling sales for products with a small ticket size and high sales volume, preferably in industries such as SaaS, Edtech, or B2B franchises.

- Strong understanding of technology platforms and their applications in business, enabling you to effectively communicate the benefits of our tech solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with franchisees and internal teams.

- A high level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving business growth and expansion.

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and challenges.

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in any domain
