Hiring the best talent requires the best recruiting minds to drive productivity and candidate engagement. In this role, you will partner closely with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers to drive world-class university hiring practices and strategy and to achieve hiring goals. Primary focus will be to create a year long hiring and engagement plan and partner with key universities. This position will be best suited to an inclusive, flexible and collaborative professional with a solid experience in recruiting and program management.
What is meant for this role:
- Designing and implementing campus recruitment strategies such as hiring drives, events and social media campaigns.
- Consult and Counsel Recruiting Stakeholders & assess hiring needs and map the source.
- Collaborate to Determine Talent Needs with Hiring Managers, Understand and identify campus hiring trends and compiling recruitment reports and presentations.

- Maintaining relationships with universities, student organisations, and recruitment networks.
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews, managing and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Developing internship programs and evaluating their performances , Lead or Participate in Recruiting Projects.
- Market Intelligence, Managing all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant onboarding documentation.
- Business Acumen in Hosting and attending college career days and conferences.
What it takes to be in this role:
- A passion for building early career teams while delivering exceptional candidate experience.
- A minimum of 5 years university recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to create a strategic campus recruiting strategy while maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market research, talent mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
