As a Head/ Director ASO/SEO, you will play a key role in driving the visibility, discoverability, and success of our mobile games in the app stores.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive ASO strategies to optimize app store.

- listings and drive organic downloads and revenue.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential.

- keywords and phrases for app optimization.

- Optimize app metadata, including app titles, descriptions, keywords, and screenshots, to improve search rankings and conversion rates.

- Monitor app store rankings, user reviews, and competitor activity to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and data analytics, to align ASO strategies with business goals and priorities.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in ASO and mobile app marketing.

- Analyse ASO performance metrics and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

- Lead experimentation and A/B testing initiatives to optimize app store listings and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of experience in App Store Optimization (ASO) for mobile apps preferably in the gaming industry.

- Bachelor & degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in driving organic app downloads, revenue and user engagement through ASO strategies.

- Deep understanding of app store ecosystems, algorithms, and best practices for iOS and Android platforms.

- Expertise in ASO tools and analytics platforms, such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, and Google Play Console.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for mobile gaming and technology.
