Role and Responsibilities : - Plan and execute all performance marketing campaigns - Google (SEM, Display and Discovery, YT), Facebook and Programmatic. The successful candidate should have hands-on experience with Facebook and Google Ads and related tools - Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment by optimizing cost per purchase. The successful candidate should have proven expertise in and managing campaigns on Google and Facebook - Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments - Analyse and report the performance of the campaigns on a daily/weekly/monthly level - Manage landing pages and optimize on site user experience Desired Candidate Profile : - 2 plus years of experience in performance marketing. - A Performance Marketing Manager should be a great communicator and enjoy working with lots of different people and departments. - Have an analytical mindset and be able to easily recognize gaps and opportunities through data analysis. - Have experience in creating marketing strategies and be able to plan and execute those while supporting a team. - Prior experience on working in Facebook Ads and Google Ads is a must - Proficient in using Google and Facebook tools required to run ad campaigns - Strong understanding of data and reporting for daily performance of channels - A self-starter and getting things done mindset
