AM/Manager Partnership and alliance
We're looking for someone who can :
- Build the local partner ecosystem for J24 rewards and loyalty program
- Understand the shopping behavior and brand preferences of J24 consumers
- Identify stores where J24 consumers go to shop for non-grocery needs
- Understand the profile of the store and its owners
- Pitch the rewards and loyalty program and its benefits to the store owner. Answer their queries and concerns with confidence
- Evaluate their willingness to be part of the J24 rewards and loyalty program
- Onboard stores as partners post a thorough evaluation as deemed fit for the partner profile. Work with relevant stakeholders across product/tech and operations to enable a seamless onboarding experience for partners
- Define, track and proactively improve KPIs that measure utilization of rewards by consumers and partner's participation towards growing the program
- Ensure regular connect is maintained with owners of partner stores to understand and resolve queries
- Constantly evaluate the J24 store catchment to identify stores where our consumers are shopping. On-board and deboard stores as per consumer shopping preference
- Work with the marketing and creatives team to drive communication regarding rewards provided by partner stores to our consumers. Leverage offline and online marketing channels to drive consumers to utilize the rewards ecosystem
- Build brand and payment partnership ecosystem for J24 rewards and loyalty program
- Identify preferred brands of J24 consumers for their shopping needs
- Connect and establish working relationship with relevant teams at brands
- Collaborate and arrive at innovative brand partnerships which can be beneficial to J24 consumers, J24 business and brands. These can involve brand offers, vouchers sponsored by brands, card discounts, discounts on digital wallets etc.
- Work with internal/external stakeholders to market opportunities to consumers
- Define, track and improve relevant KPI that measure partnership performance
- Setup a strong team to manage the partnership charter
- Build a strong team that can onboard partners across our network of stores
- Mentor and nurture the team to be able to deliver the goal of building the largest partnership network in the country for J24

An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has :
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales/ Business development/partnership and alliance building roles
- MBA from reputed institutions with a good mix of academic and extracurricular achievements
- Has a strong consumer first mindset. Can understand the shopping needs and brand preferences of consumers basis observation, facts and data
- Has a track record of success in onboarding partners and building brand partnerships
- Is goal oriented and has a strong record of meeting objectives. Is metric driven
- Should be able to use data and structured problem solving to arrive at insights that solve problems or help us achieve our goal. Should be good with MS Excel
