Inside Sales Manager

Role Description: July is looking to hire a rockstar Inside Sales Manager who is an app junkie & excited about the global mobile app ecosystem. As a part of the sales team of July, you will get to:
- Identify the core capabilities of the mobile solutions/services offered by July Systems & position the solutions to various industries & markets.
- Work on a single line messaging concept for July Solutions that will entice the target market to get into a deeper conversation around our services.
- Procure and Build lead data-base based on the target market.
- Work on lead generation by making sales calls (40-50 unique prospect touch-points daily through calls, LinkedIn & emails) to the assigned target market.
- Run direct email/social-media/marketing campaigns targeted at prospects.
- Generate leads and work with the Head of Sales to convert the lead into an opportunity and further take it to business closure.
We are looking for extremely ambitious individuals who are hands on, energetic, start-up attitude and with a strong appetite for taking responsibilities to grow fast. The resource will work from Bangalore and will directly report to the Vice President, Sales. With strong sales results, the resource will be given the opportunity to focus on Outbound selling and solutions selling for International markets (may include relocating to our offices in US). July is also committed to offer a sales commission plan to the resource in addition to the CTC.
Background : Resource with the following background are preferred
- Strong Inside Sales background through years of telephone sales experience
OR
- Technology Sales experience, selling for startups & large enterprises from India to international markets
OR
- B.Tech/MBA degree from premier schools with strong communication skills & a strong drive to grow with a startup company
