Role Description:
- We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team at JMPL Ather, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and guiding clients through their automobile purchasing experience.
- The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly customer-oriented, and possess a deep understanding of the automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert sales consulting to customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the best products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Actively engage with clients, explaining features and benefits of various automobile models, and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automobile industry trends and product developments to effectively advise customers.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying potential customers and following up on leads.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring smooth and transparent transactions.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the Ather product lineup and other related offerings to provide accurate information and consulting services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales consulting or a similar role, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor services to meet their expectations.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of current automobile industry trends and competitive products.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
