The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Build an employee-led learning culture across organisation
- Design and deploy the roadmap for L&D in line with organizational strategy, priorities and business outcomes
- Consult with the business, senior leadership and HRBP's to identify learning/business gaps, both for ongoing initiatives and new initiatives.
- Map business priorities with skills and themes & produce skill maps for the organization
- Design & deploy impactful and sustainable learning experiences by using varying formats such as, classroom training, learning journeys, on-the-job training, blended learning, peer learning, eLearning, etc.
- Partner with training vendors and HR business partner in building capability frameworks and development plans
- Strengthen the Digital Capability Academy/ other academies construct & take it to the next level
- Design & deploy milestone programs across the areas of High potential development & people manager capability
- Responsible for analysing, designing, developing, delivering and evaluating leadership development programs
- Analyse the learning consumption, derive learning trends and share insights with key stakeholders/ leaders to drive the capability agenda
- Build an amazing learner experience across the board/ all touchpoints & continuously work towards enhancing the same
- Manage the L&D budget and ensuring ROI and efficiencies
Qualification/ experience/skills :
- Overall 10-12 years of experience across learning strategy, capability development, learning design & delivery and areas of digital learning preferrably in technology space (engineering/product/data science etc)
- Ability to influence/engage with stakeholders across all levels
- Deep expertise in Instructional Design, Community Learning & Learning by Gamification/ Simulation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to drive the conversation around capability in the organization
- Ability to drive change in a fast-paced organization by building alignment, championships & buy-in quickly
- High learning agility & natural inclination towards working independently
- Passionate about capability & interest towards building a culture of learning
