- Create and maintain beverage menu for all the business
- Introduce new beverages and innovate the existing beverage menu
- Ensure aesthetic presentation of the beverage
- Ideate and work with vendors on developing product extensions.
- Conceptualize the commercial aspect of the product and its extensions for further penetration.
- Lay down the overall parameters for standard and quality of the beverage in the outlets and regularly review the same.
- Mentor special menus for various trials and f&b festivals across the country.
- Design, Implement and ensure trainings of the preparation/presentations of the beverages are carried out whenever required.
- Set high performance standards, conduct regular reviews and strive for constant improvements.
- Monitor consumption trends, focus on competitor analysis and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Candidate should hold a degree in Hotel Management/Food Technology from a reputed Institute with 15-20 years of experience with a demonstrated history of working in the Hospitality Industry.
Knowledge & understanding of coffee based beverages is a must.
- Hands on experience in ideating and creating new beverages
- Experience in setting up new ventures.
- Experience in concept/menu planning, vendor management, co-ordinating with other teams.
Overall awareness about the Food Safety and Food Hygiene is important.
