Roles and Responsibilities :
Position : Reward & Analytics Manager 1. Act as SME in creation of market reference data and drive finalisation of reference points/ Pay ranges for the businesses/org- conduct a robust exercise on internal + external benchmarking to analyze market leading best practices
2. Design and manage short term incentives for businesses- Plan creation, Policy revision, Governance
3. Manage executive remuneration actual and benchmarked data including LTIPs/ ESOPs, records and communication
4. Facilitate compensation processes for allocated business, Re-evaluate /design the compensation structure -Offer, OOCs, Hiring guidelines, RBs etc.- Manage validation and approvals
5. Drive and manage rewards cycle delivery for respective businesses, overall communication and ensure philosophy and process adherence
6. Mentor and act as an internal consultant to HR Business Partners and Line Managers on the matters related to Rewards, Benefits and Job Evaluation
7. Ensure compliance (design) with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits programs, minimum wage tracking and deployment
8. Support in People Analytics - KPIs Dashboards, employee cost & functional budget tracking, cost impact analysis and compensation ratios to evaluate budgeting
9. Undertake business specific/ Rewards or HR analytics projects e.g. process automation , Job architecture & framework, grade harmonization etc.
