Job Details :  Position Title : Deputy Manager/ Manager  Reports to : GM - HR  Department : HR [North]  Division : Dunkin- Donuts  Job Purpose :   - This role will be responsible for leading the HR function for the North regions of Dunkin Donuts (part of Jubilant Foodworks Ltd)  - As the HR business partner for North, the role will be responsible in entire gamut of HR sub-functions to the business including manpower planning, talent acquisition, new employee orientation & induction, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Engagement, Grievance Handling, Exit & Retention Management and overall HR day-to-day support across the organization.  - Incumbent will also be responsible to align and implement interventions to ensure sustainability of the desired culture and values of the business   Key Accountabilities :  Description :   Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning :  - Will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including planning for future.  - Develop new & effective channels for recruitment.  - Design & delivery of an effective new joinee integration & induction program to ensure all new joiners are equipped with information/ resources required for them to integrate better into the organization.  HR Business Partner Support :   - Liaise with various stakeholders in the business and other functions to plan/execute HR deliverables  - Will be responsible for HR operations and related compliances, ensuring that all processes operate at 100% efficiency.  - To plan/ execute process improvement projects that are an integral part of the HR function at JFL- eg Recruitment Outsourcing, New HRIS  - Dunkin- Donuts will launch in the East region in later half of Fy16. The incumbent will work with GM- HR, DD to ensure the business is supported through various HR processes, and ensure optimum delivery  - Passionately drive various CSR initiatives in the region in alignment with the overall JFL CSR priorities & action plan. Build enthusiasm in the team to whole heartedly participate in the same.   Employee Relations & Grievance Handling :  - Engage with employees at all levels to develop a personal connect with employees and ensure that HR processes and initiatives are aligned to the needs, aspirations and concerns of the business.  - Incumbent will be responsible for handling any grievances in the region. Will also be responsible for conducting necessary enquiries and taking desired action to effectively resolve the same.   Employee First & Culture Building :  - To drive sustenance of the desired culture in the region through various culture building interventions & alignment of processes/ ways of working within the defined values of the DD  - Ensure employee engagement through various HR processes and touch points; manage various employee life cycle processes to delight the internal customer- employees  - Build & execute passionately the employee first strategy at DD- ensuring 4 pillars of learning & development, reward & recognition, employee connect & care touch & impact employees.   - Monitor & control Exit & Retention Management processes at the region  - Talent Management & Development: Partnering closely with operations & Learning team to put in place interventions which ensures ensure growth & development of internal talent thereby building the internal pipeline.   Communications & Working Relationships :  Internal :  - All departments in region  - All department in DD Corporate Office  - JFL HR team  External :   - Consultants and vendors  - Campus Coordinators  - Recruitment Agencies  Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:   - MBA from Premier Institute with 6-8 years of experience in HR. Preference for same industry.  - Should have worked in generalist roles / Talent Acquisition, with knowledge of HR compliances.  - Should be confident, result oriented and able to work independently.  - Should display initiative; assertiveness.  - Strong people orientation, able to build trust and credibility
