Job description :

- Control of subsidiaries (JIGPL, PRPL, Utkal, Jharkhand, Bengal, JSSL, MI)

- Preparation of financial statements and review of financial statements For all subsidiaries

- Responsible for Audit of these subsidiaries

- Responsible for ensuring ICFR relating to these subsidiaries

- Responsible for compliance with respect to filings, Related Party transactions

- Responsible for ensuring the internal audit observations and Remediation plan

- Review and control of Admin costs and HR (payroll costs) relating to JSW Steel Limited and all its subsidiaries, JV

- Preparation of ABP / rolling forecasts for Admin costs and HR ( payroll costs ) relating to JSW Steel Limited and all its subsidiaries , JV.
