Supply Chain Manager
Role : Supply Chain Manager.
Educational Work Experience : BE / MBA any stream with 5 years experience.
Job Location : Ahmedabad

1. Job work Coils receipt :- Receiving of Job work coils in SAP System for Service Centers account (dispatched from main plant) as per the receipt confirmation from Vendors.
2. Planning for processing the job work coils :- Planning of Job work HR Coils Cutting and Slitting at Vendor's places as per Delivery Schedule issued by Marketing Department.
- Mail Vendors about the Process planning with packing requirements, priorities to vendors.
- Co-ordination with vendors for Slitting, Pickling and Cutting of HR Coils as per the planning issued to them.
- Minimizing the arising generation percentage while processing HR Coils..
- Packing the Finished goods in Economical way and obtain cost savings.
- Developing new style of Packaging the Finished Products.
3. Production of job work coils :- Effective co-ordination with vendors for maximum production of JSW Job work material.
- Production entry of FG material in System.
- Getting quality clearance of FG material in System.
4. Delivery orders & dispatches :- Follow up with JSW CSD Department for issuance of DO.
- Co-ordination with Marketing Department for immediate dispatch of Finished goods on FIFO basis and maintain minimum stock at Service Centers.
- Planning of day to day dispatches by road.
- Follow up with Transporters for vehicles placement and dispatches.
5. Other routine works :- Preparing the Daily MIS Report and circulating to the concerned officials.
- Preparing Month MIS Report and circulating to the concerned officials.
- Preparing month wise operational expenses cost.
- Follow ups for Vendor contracts with concerned departments.
- Maintain all records as per ISO standard.
- New Vendors development & pursue to upgrade them and their machineries as per JSW standard.
- Follow up for payment to vendors and Transporters in time.
- Development of new vendors.
- Coordination with different external and internal agencies for smooth functioning of Department.
- Reconciliation of physical stock available at Vendor's premises with System Stock.
