Job Opportunity for Manager/ Senior Manager - F&A (Related Party Transactions)

Education: CA + 6 to 11 years

Location: BKC, Mumbai

1. Related Party Transactions (RPT):

- Preparation of RPT approval notes for audit committee/ board approval and to ensure that related party transactions are within the audit committee approval and are on an arm's length basis.

- Ensuring compliance with Companies Act and Other Statutory Provisions for all RPT.

- Monthly MIS related to RPT for presenting it to CFO and senior management.

- Reconciliation of major inter-company RPT

- Review of RACMs and closure of controls related testing for year end audit pertaining to related parties.

- Preparation of half yearly submissions to stock exchanges as per SEBI LODR.

2. Corporate MIS

- Preparation of monthly sales details and EC presentation related to the same for management review.

- Preparation and analysis of Fund flow statement & Statement of Net Current Assets for JSW Steel and its domestic subsidiaries.

- Preparation of Drawing power statement for JSW Steel and quarterly FFR1/2 submissions to banks.

- Review of Drawing power statement of Domestic Subsidiaries and quarterly FFR1/2 submissions to banks.

- Preparation of deliverables for monthly executive committee meetings & quarterly board meetings.

3. Review of Standalone/ Consolidation financials of domestic investment subsidiary including GST and other statutory compliances.
